Totebox Opening Times
Totebox warehouse & distribution centre is open between 9am – 5pm Monday – Thursday & 9am – 4pm Friday.

Collections from our warehouse are available by arrangement with the office and can be made between 9.30am – 3pm daily.

How to place an order with Totebox

 Orders can be made online, select your required products and pay via any of the listed methods. Your will receive an order acknowledgement confirming your order has been received whereby your order will be processed and dispatched.

Alternatively, you can email us your requirements at sales@totebox.co.uk and we can arrange for a pro forma to be supplied.

How can I pay for my order?

Payment via our online portal can be made by Paypal or by the following card types – VISA, VISA Mastercard, VISA Debit

 Unfortunately we do not have the facility to accept AMEX.

What is the lead time for my order?

All Goods in stock will be dispatched the same day if orders are received by 1pm,

As standard, delivery from stock is 2-3 working days though a next day delivery service is available to be selected at the checkout.

What are the delivery costs?

We operate a fixed delivery charge per order online.

Our standard delivery cost online is £20 for 2-3 working day delivery*.  Next day delivery service online is £25 per order ex VAT.*

 *Both based on UK mainland exc Highlands & Islands

Are commercial quotes available for bulk or large orders?

We aim to provide the best value prices online however we would happily discuss your requirements and a commercial quote taking into account economies of scale.  Please contact us for further information.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Totebox operates on a no minimum order basis.

What is your return policy?
 
If you wish to return any items please get in touch for assistance.  Please email us at sales@totebox.co.uk to notify us of incorrect or damaged deliveries.  We endeavour to provide a speedy resolution to any issues.
